Loved you article, Mark! 😂 Especially you vert abt description of Pommybastards. I'm writing a travel/history book, "A Yank on the Road to Stubbyville," about my 1993 solo trek to the Outback on a 1992 BMW R-100GS Paris/Daker motorbike. I was searcking for the proper definition of yarning when Google spit your name out.
I have traveled my life, retiring as a senior Boeing B-747SP captain for American Airlines in 1989 at the obligatory age of 60-years.
