Hi Charles.
Luckily, most of your questions are answered in the 'Doing the Walk Yourself' section of my website, but let me see if I can point you in the right direction.
> HOW MUCH STUFF SHOULD YOU CARRY, CLOTHES ETC
That depends on whether you're camping or not, but you can see a list of what I took here:
www.landsendjohnogroats.info/walking_tips/what_to_take.html
> IF YOU STAY IN LOGINGS HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST,ABOUT FROM START TO END
Again, my costs are on my website, though you should be aware that they are nearly 10 years old now, so they will have gone up:
www.landsendjohnogroats.info/walking_tips/accommodation.html
I also counted up how much I spent on food, though near in mind I didn't hold back!

> HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU WALK EACH DAY
That's a different answer for everyone. I ended up walking an average of 15.9 miles a day, but some people like to walk less, and some like to walk more. You've already done a long-distance walk, so you're the best person to answer this question! Here's a more detailed breakdown of what I did, to give you an idea:
www.landsendjohnogroats.info/walking_tips/walking_statistics.html
> IS IT WORTH TAKING A LIGHTWEIGHT TENT AND LIGHTWEIGHT SLEEPING BAG WITH A SMALL COOKER
That depends. I started out with a tent and camped, but then I inured myself and had to send it home, but if you do want to camp, then it's not a bad idea. It all depends on what you're happy carrying; lots of people camp and love it, but others wouldn't dream of it. Only you can answer this question!
That said, you should definitely have a look through other people's walking blogs, as everyone is different and you might find answers to your questions there. I've put a list here:
www.landsendjohnogroats.info/walking_tips/links.html
so take a look.
Anyway, I hope this helps, and good luck with the walk! It's a great challenge and an amazing way to see the country, and I can't recommend it enough.
Best wishes,
Mark
